Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on Employee Central.
- Provide expert consulting services, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Employee Central.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and HR technology.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent configuration and customization skills in SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German (C1+ level).
